I don't think you've seen La-Z-Boy unless you've seen *this* showroom! I'm an avid buyer of their products and don't think I need to waste time describing the quality! They're looking amazing as ever! I stop on by sometimes just to look!

First time setting foot into a La Z Boy store, always thinking it would only be recliners and comfy furniture. Boy were we wrong!! Just about every piece in every style you can think of, with great prices and the quality just from looking at it is a step above others. With such a trusted name, I’m sure that comes with great warranties as well. Our sales associate Victoria was incredible!! Very down to earth and relatable, not pushy at all. Didn’t stalk us around the store. Super professional. Knowledgeable about everything we asked and wasn’t there to “just make a sale”. You can tell her passion comes from a genuine belief in the product she is selling. We haven’t decided on a purchase yet, but will for sure be back once we know what we want! We went across the street after to Ashley and it just looked like a discount warehouse in comparison. Thank you and can’t wait to come back!

I had a pleasant experience buying my electric recliner at Lay-z-boy in Tucson. The sales associate, Janelle Wall, provided excellent customer service. She did not oversell her product. She demonstrated all the functions of the chair I finally purchased. She did not rise me or use aggressive sales techniques. She facilitated my being able to purchase the recliner I wanted, on sale, and with a timely delivery date. It is hard to adequately express the high level of service Janelle Wall provided. It is a wonderful store and has superior employees. I’ve recommended the store, my recliner, and Janelle to several friends. Thank you.

We went to the Broadway location. Victoria was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made our purchase stress free! Our specific delivery instructions were followed which was a pleasant surprise! This is our 4th La-Z-Boy purchase and we will definitely continue to purchase our recliners from them.

The sales lady that took care of us helped my husband choose a recliner that would best work for him. She was patient and kind throughout the process of finding the right fit.

Carolyn was a wonderful sales person. I was having back and leg problems and she met me at the door with a wheel chair and took me to the recliner I was interested in. She taught me how to use the recliner and helped me choose the right color and delivery option. She even suggested some exercises for my condition. She was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend her. Five Stars!
